Telephone / Fax
      
  ITSC manages the infrastructure of internal telephone network. We provide telephone service to the University community through the central telephone system and fax service to departments (through fax service providers). The central telephone network covers offices, laboratories and public areas in both the main campus and Lee Shau Kee campus.

Getting Started
              - Desk Phone 
 Read the Start Guide, Access Key Reference Guide, and the Voice Mail User Guide.
- Desktop App
 Make voice calls from your desktop devices on campus and off campus.
- Mobile App
 Make voice calls from your mobile devices on campus and off campus.
- Voicemail
 Receive voicemail via your Outlook or OWA and manage voicemail via the Telephone Web Portal and Desk Phone.
- eFax 
	Send fax via the Telephone Web Portal and receive fax via an ITSC network account - available to departments only, and an eFax Extn. No. from ITSC is required. 
- Telephone Web Portal 
	Reset your telephone web portal password and manage your phone feature. 
- 
	Telephone Fault Reporting 
 Report any fault in handsets / extension services.
