Recall an email sent to staff users

Please note the recall function only works on the following conditions:

  1. The recipient must use Outlook app
  2. The message does not contain any sensitivity label
  3. The recipient must be in the same Exchange domain.  So, a staff sending a message to student cannot recall.  A staff sending to a mailing list of recipients cannot recall.

To recall a message, please follow Microsoft's guide below:

Upon you choose to tell you the recall action, you will receive an email from your recalled recipient to indicate the recall result.
